adwords keyword tool

Hi, Can somebody provide information where is kwfinder getting its data from ? Especially left column with keywords and CPC and PPC is strange , I thought they're using adwords suggestion tool, but CPC is different there and I thing thats almost impossible to scrape.

There have been some changes to the ADW keyword planner tool today. I just noticed that it is impossible now to retrieve any data from KP with some of the common SEO tools. So far the only tool that is getting results and is successfully connecting to my adwords accounts is rank tracker but...
