Pls how can i recieve my adsense earnings from my anguilla based adsense account and I'm not from anguilla

Payment on my adsense account has been initiated since the 21st but it stil hasn't left the balance section of my account. That's the money is still in my adsense account. Have you had such issues before? how did you resolve it? By the way, I've never had isues with my adsense account, no...
