adsense for domains

Hope someone can help in this thread or point me to an existing Bh thread.. I have an old site that has incoming hits to its internal pages, as well as backlinks to the main URL and some pagerank. I want to WIPE this site and convert it to a parked page (I think) and throw google for domains on...
