adblocking

i hate ads so i've been using adblock (ublock origin) for years, and a while ago i was browsing a website and on the side bar they posted this gif which made me feel back and turned off my adblock for them...

Hey there, I am a publisher of Adnetwork. I came see that plugins such as uBlock Origin, and Ghostery are killing ads. I am not able to generate revenue out of ads as ads are being blocked by such plugins. Are there any tips or go to around for publishers that can disable these adblockers...
