I've tried over 10 inpage push network, and the results are basically always the same, bot or low quality traffic, even with high cpc. Can someone recommend me a decent inpage push network that actually works decent?

i am looking for a ad network with mobile traffic we get most of our traffic from google ads and facebook , however we are diversifying our sources. any suggestions are welcome. our daily spend could range between 5-10k $

When do reviewers from ad networks like Juicy Ads and Exoclick visit my site? Do they visit during the approval process or is that automated? Do they visit again during the first few clicks or do they only visit if there is some issue? Do they visit at a random point in time during my campaign?
