Anyone know of a good network that has a lot of Zip Submit offers? I know MaxBounty has none, and CPAWay only has like 2.

Anyone know of any?

Try an aggregator site like offervault. If you see offers you like on a particular network then apply.

I've checked adscendmedia and has 0 zip submit offer....blamads has 5...3 us,1GB and 1 NO but only 1 us offer with good CR...

try fluxads.com they have good number of 300+ email and zip submits.they are better network and also pay you weeekly if you make good money

peerfly has a lot of them (i think the most) but they don't accept blackhat traffic.

I would check out Peerfly, they have tons of email and zip offers in a variety of niches. But as paulik123 stated, u have to be careful of how you obtain your traffic otherwise their the best!

You will never go wrong with c-p-atank and peerfly. They have hundreds email and zip offers.

Which kind are you looking for? Auto Insurance Zip submits that pay 6$ per lead? Or those give away ones.

is there some CPA that don't require people to fill 2 or 3 pages to validate the submit?

It's better to subscribe to zip submit that only require to fill a field or 2, not 3 pages...
