zip submit

ok. can someone please tell me if this is correct to start a zip submit program.
(adult related)
1-signup for affiliate program
2-Create a landing page. Link to affiliate.
3-promote via youtube or wherever you can
4-user clicks link on youtube video, goes to your site and enters his info.
5-you get commision from affiliate site


there has to be more to it then this. Please bare with me as am obviously a noob.

Questions:

1-whats the best paying affiliates for this type of project
2-is this profitable

where does the adult come into this? There arent any adult zip submits

The adult stuff comes into play when you promise some horny dude you'll show him naked pics of Jessica Alba if he just submits his email address. You, of course, need to use the meta-refresh though in these cases if your offer isn't allowed to be incentivized.

i have a site but cant get any zip submits to work in the i frame any ideas's or did i waste my time
