Zip/Email Submits Anyone???? Looking for some help to get off the ground

Ok guys thanks for all the knowledge on this forum. I have to admit I didnt have a G***D** freakin clue about internet marketing until I started reading some of this stuff. I was able to successfully get approved by a few CPA networks and Im ready to make some cash. Can someone provide me with some good advice on where to start. All replies are welcomed. Get a domain name and direct it to your zip submit offer. Print up a bunch of coupons that say "Get a McDonals gift card" or whatever with your domain name. Go to a local college and pay a kid $10 to pass them out or ask him to pin them up different places on campus.
