Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out to seek advice regarding an issue I've encountered with Zeydoo. I was informed that my valid funds would be deleted, but no valid reason has been provided for this decision. Additionally, I was told that only one of the promotions I've collected would be accepted, yet there are no warnings about this in the descriptions or on the site. I have also provided visuals showing that the system accepted my promotions.
I contacted the support team, but unfortunately, I haven't received a satisfactory response, and it seems they are acting arbitrarily.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? What do you suggest I do?

Dear Turkay,

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’d like to clarify a few points regarding multi-accounting. According to section 2.4 of our Terms & Conditions, Zeydoo reserves the right to take any necessary measures in cases of multi-account usage, which is generally prohibited except in rare instances explicitly stated in a particular promotion's rules, which was not applicable here.

Regarding your previous communication with us, it appears there may have been some confusion. Our representative's response aimed to clarify the minimum withdrawal threshold of $100 (as per section 6.1), not the terms for receiving funds via promo codes. Essentially, you are eligible to redeem earnings through a single valid promo code (others associated with multi-accounting cannot be accepted), but since this promo value alone does not meet the withdrawal minimum, we suggested earning the remaining amount through additional activity on Zeydoo to reach the threshold.

As for the contest, we encouraged our partners to show support by voting for us—a gesture that aligns with the contest’s guidelines. We are committed to fair practices, and inviting partners to participate in this way is permitted. We hope this explanation provides some clarity, but please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Hello,

As I previously mentioned, I did not use multiple accounts. I only encouraged the use of promo codes through my Telegram group and directed users accordingly. You initially accepted the payment and waited for my response, yet now you are stating that there was a misunderstanding. This gives the impression that the process is being handled arbitrarily.

I am requesting that my earnings be paid and that the process proceeds in a more transparent and consistent manner.

Best regards.

Does a company like Zeydoo constantly change its intentions and objectives? I’m not a mind reader; I simply respond based on what you’ve written. As I've explained multiple times, I did not use multiple accounts. Yet, you keep coming up with explanations like “our intention was this” or “this is what we meant.” Don’t you think this seems unreasonable?

Based on your previous approval, I am requesting the withdrawal of my total earnings of $490.

Dear Turkay,

Even if the accounts were created by different individuals, they appear to have been used with a single goal: to accumulate a significant balance on one account for withdrawal. This aligns with the Terms of Service, as explained in the screenshot we previously shared.

At Zeydoo, we prioritize feedback from genuine partners who are actively working with us. We encourage current, engaged partners with positive experiences to support us in nominations, and this is permitted by the contest organizers. We are not seeking votes from those who registered solely to obtain a promo code without further partnership intentions.

Please note that the $10 promo code is intentionally below the minimum withdrawal threshold of $100. This ensures that feedback comes from those genuinely engaging with Zeydoo offers, as only active partners can reach the payout minimum through sustained activity.

Additionally, we have informed the contest organizers and requested that they deduct 49 votes from our total, as these votes were primarily aimed at accumulating promo-code funds on a single account. As outlined in our Terms, this is considered multi-accounting and is not something we support.

The information provided here and in the previous message comprehensively addresses your concerns. We do not see value in continuing this discussion further, as the same points are being reiterated.

Thank you for your understanding!
