I'm reaching out to seek advice regarding an issue I've encountered with @Zeydoo. I was informed that my valid funds would be deleted, but no valid reason has been provided for this decision. Additionally, I was told that only one of the promotions I've collected would be accepted, yet there are no warnings about this in the descriptions or on the site. I have also provided visuals showing that the system accepted my promotions.
I contacted the support team, but unfortunately, I haven't received a satisfactory response, and it seems they are acting arbitrarily.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? What do you suggest I do?
