It is not just bot traffic that you have to deal with. Most CPA networks install tracking pixel for all major traffic sources. Which means they can track and see which zones are you sending the most conversion. They either run the campaign themself by pulling your campaign (you will notice that suddenly you need to bid through the roof to get traffic from these zones) or the advertiser simply run their own campaign.

There is a lot of trickery involved with CPA network. None of them work honestly. And will try to insert retargeting cookies whenever possible so that they make money out of your investment.
