Just started with CJ a few months ago. I finally hit an $11 commission. Not much, but they just wiped it out of my account with no explanation. Doesn't even show in history...

truly I used to work with cj when they first started, made a killing from free download offers, then they became stingy and started to make up rules and excuses as to why I can't work for them anymoor. ohh well their loss, i currently work with shareasale, so maybe you want to look into that :0

Did you entered all information and forms that they asked you?
There are a lot of info that should be filled about you or your company

I contacted them. They said the retailer reversed it. Hard to believe that someone purchased over $200 in items from this online retailer.

I had a "complaint" from the same retailer that they were receiving thousands of clicks but only had the 1 sale. I was using a Word Press link validation tool every 72 hours which checked all of the links to make sure they were valid. Told me I was having inaccurate EPC. I told them I turned it off and when I did the same retailer then reversed the commission.

Not really liking CJ at the moment.

Sounds like you should be upset with the retailer, they're the ones messing around with you, not CJ themselves. Remember, CJ is just the middle man and when you're having issues with a retailer you need to work with that retailers affiliate manager.

It's all new to me. I'll try to find the affiliate manager then.

I e-mailed the affiliate's contact e-mail and haven't gotten a reply. I have since gotten another order with the same affiliate and hate for them to reverse that too...

Stop sending them traffic until you figure it out

I wound up getting another sale on it and it hasn't been taken away so maybe it was a legit chargeback.
