Zero views is the account dead?

Nah not dead, new accounts usually get no reach at first. Just keep posting consistently for a few days and test different content/styles. Had accounts sit at 0 then suddenly start getting pushed after a couple uploads.
 
when having zero views on upload content means the upload not right with good captions and hashtag effect to trend on pages for views and interactions.
 
In my opinion, it won't die. New accounts usually need time for the algorithm to understand your niche and target audience. I once had an account with very few views in the first few weeks, then one video suddenly became a hit and boosted the whole channel. New channels should be patient.
 
Tbh, 0 views on a new account is usually a trust score issue rather than a dead account. if u spam posts from the jump, the algo flags u for bot-like behavior because u haven't built any device or IP "history."

my fix: stop posting and just "warm up" the account for 2-3 days by browsing like a real user. watch content to let the algo tag ur interest graph, follow a few big accounts, and engage naturally. also, double-check ur IP—if u're on a dirty datacenter proxy or a blacklisted VPN, u'll get a ghost ban instantly. once the trust score is up, upload a raw, unedited video shot from the native camera. works for me every time.

warm up the account its usually same fror all plateform warming up to 7 days and find the audience you are targeting search the terms and keywords so it can easily detect the algorithm

Keep being patient. Your previous content may not have been engaging enough, and higher-quality content will usually attract more attention.
