I mean it's not all sellers, I had a positive experience when using your link building services waaaaay back in the day but you asked me for an example earlier and I'll refer to this :
I seriously think almost every package amazon service needs to be cross examined at this point. They are weak sites, the content is a joke, the TA time is a suggestion half the time you have to threaten to sue them or open a dispute to even get them delivered, and 99% of the custom design packages look like a logo made in MSPaint slapped on a generic themeforest template that can be found for free in the share section. I have only found one decent Amz seller and everyone else has failed to deliver even on the samples (supposedly the prime of their design) looked liked something you could slap together in 10 minutes, 30 if you were distracted.
