One of my channels videos are literally getting zero reach.

Say its impression is 300 now. After one hour i see its 305.

What the hell is this?

Retention is 40+ percent. CTR is 10-15 percent which are decent.

But youtube freezing my videos.

Why is that happening? And what can i do?

sI guess the algorithm doesn't like you. Try changing the video upload times.
 
I have seen the search terms are ok. Same as my keywords. But impression is damn low and static.

Optimize your keywords and titles. You maybe shadow banned but trying optimized titles and keywords helps a lot and the Algorithm gets a better idea as which audience should your video be recommended to.
