Zero Impression | Please Help

Guys I ran a google ad campaign to push a YouTube Video.
I have set the maximum CPV as the suggested CPV.
The ads was approved 2 days ago and till now I haven't seen a single impression.
I have done the same thing with another ad account and different video but still the same thing.
Am I missing something?
Or is it normal?
what should I do?

Are you running Discovery or In-Stream ads?
From my experience, discovery ads need 2-3 days, some of my In-Stream ads are starting a few hours after I've created them, some need more than a day.

Yes discovery ads

If its the first time it may takes few days to approve sometimes or if the cpv is too low the campaign won't run even after approved
create new campaign with increased cpv
