I have about 20 accounts on instagram and facebook so about 40 total. each one is at least 1-3 months old Bought by a provider in bhw.
I use a scheduler to post the reels automatically, Connected the accounts through anti detect browser with sticky/rotating residential proxies each view always gets between 0-20 views on every single account.

Maybe someone have an insight?

For IG you need a phone 100%
 
A bit farting weird why these platforms offer the option to upload from the computer if they don't reciprocate when you do
 
Can you use something like Bluestacks to post to Instagram from a PC? or would it still be better to post from a phone?
 
It's not just about the posting time or the number of videos you upload. To train your algorithm good you have to interact with your followers. you need to upload stories, you need to follow pages that is related to your niche and like all those. Training the algorithm in this way may help.

have you tried doing an interaction between those accounts? that way, your algorithm might get better.
