zero backlinks?

Ahrefs shows that the website soldeschristianlouboutindotcom only has two backlinks. But the LinkExtend shows it has number 3 site traffic. This situation has out of my understanding of SEO. Could anybody explain why?

It has a PR 0 and an alexa of over a million at this time. You're seeing some cached data, probably from when the site was redirected in the past.

Some 301 redirects take a while to show up on ahrefs.

Looks like they just bought some traffic to boost Alexa rank.
