I would like to know if we can gain money with that ?
Zennoposter + Affiliate CPA = ??

Zennoposter is just an automation tool.

If you have a method that is making you $ and you're doing it manually, then you can definitely use it and automate the whole process and scale it $$$, that's all.
 
Zennoposter... It does nothing more than let you automate things. It's like imacros on steroids.
Don't buy it thinking it will make you money just for owning a license. You need a profitable method first. Once you have that, ZP lets you automate it and scale up fast.

I would to try automate the instagram method with CPA (with for example CPAgrip, OGads, ...) Is it possible ?

no need to reinvent the wheel.
easier just to buy a tool like massplanner than it is to buy zp license and write the sequence of events to do everything like that. unless you really like to work in project manager (the tool to write zp scripts).
there's a guy in marketplace that will run massplanner for you for $2/month; you can't beat that. there's even free tools floating around to automate ig.
i use zp for ton of stuff.. but if someone already has a good bot for something, im not gonna waste my time writing something from scratch unless the cost/time equation is in my favor.

$2/month for 1 acct vs $500 for zp license + hours creating and debugging script...obvious answer here. if you have a method that there are no easily accessible bots for, jump on zp asap. most social media stuff is already out in the open. massplanner and followliker handle every major network.

Since the old days people built various tools to achieve their goals.

If you dont have a goal and just a tool, than its useless.

very easily done but has risk of ban for fraud from your network. (even covering your footprints with proxies, useragents, etc) manager will see "okay this affiliate has 500 people sign up but 0 of them turned into paid leads. we better terminate him from this offer".
lot of ppl say dont even think about it. ive spoken to some who claim they got away with in terms of 500/month revenue automating 1 offer. other opinion is only to pad your already legit stats.
my opinion is don't do it unless you're okay risking network termination/blacklist.
 
hmm... I think that I go listen you on this subject. But I don't see method with which I could to use ZP ...
