Reached out for google ads rental account, He said Sure - i deposited $1000 and then he sent me invite to agency account with 46$ balance, once the balance ran out - he removed his telegram, created a new one. and not answering me anymore.
He also open a new telegram and update it on his BST so he can scam more people.

Yes, i gave him few chances to fix it like 2 days, no luck. just false promises saying wait wait.

Information For The Accused
@zhenliglobal, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

@Zenarus As the accused hasn't been online since this dispute was approved and time is running out, what do you want to see happen here? Do you want me to keep this open for a little longer to give @zhenliglobal a chance to respond, as it is a lot of money we're talking about here, or just ban them if they don't respond by 17:15 London time?

Honestly, he will not give the money back, i know that.
It is a lot of money, Lets keep them away from BHW so they wont scam other people, just ban them if they dont respond.
