Zcash or Ethereum? AMD/Nvidia

Hello.

Just got into mining few days ago and I'm willing to invest in my rig for now.
I currently have 1x GTX 1070 and I'm mining Ethereum with the Nicehash software. I was thinking of buying a RX 470/570 but there's none left on the market right now. I also heard that Nvidia cards are better for Zcash mining so should I switch to Zcash and go for a Nvidia mining rig or should I wait till a new supply of RX 570 will arrive and go for AMD instead ?
Is there a big difference if I farm Zcash or Ethereum on a Nvidia rig?

You sure you're outsmarting him on this one? It's $900/month with just a single rig of 6 cards, literally doing nothing. (5*6*30)
