The entire transaction took place on the forum.

After I posted a WTB thread the user @Kenzo Wong replied to me about Reddit accounts
After we talk I sent him the payment but he keeps saying he didn't received the money.....

The issue it is clearly not on my end because the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain explorer which means he received it
I checked the address on multiple chain explorers and it says he received it:

I told the user the same thing but then he started to accuse me of faking the transaction
This is insane because I show him the official blockchain explorers which everyone can see

1. The transactions are public
2. This are the official domains
3. Everyone can see that he indeed received the money

He keeps denying the truth
Maybe his wallet provider or exchange has put the funds on the hold for some reason but then it's not my problem because the money was sent from my end and I received nothing in return

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I tried to request a refund to him but he refused and told me to open a dispute....

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I tried to request him to either give me the account or to refund me but he refused both.
Now I am no longer interested in his service so I wish for a refund.

Information For The Accused
@Kenzo Wong, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.

As you can clearly see its a "Testnet" which is free token.. I can but 1000 BTC for free token bruhhh

You can't find any transaction has been made through this blockchain... Here is the screenshot on the website

I don't understand what the seller is trying to say
He says that my token has no monetary value but we can clearly see that it says he received 20 dollars in his balance
All I want is to simply receive the service that I paid for or be refunded

To clarify further:

The transaction shown is on Solana testnet (?cluster=testnet). Testnet tokens are not real, tradable SOL and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or converted into USD.

While the explorer may display a dollar value, this is not redeemable or transferable value. It exists only within the testing network.

I have not received any payment on Solana mainnet-beta.

If a valid mainnet transaction is made, I am fully willing to complete the service immediately.

I am cooperating fully with moderators...

Testnet has no value.

If you can show something sent that is not testnet-related, that would help, but anything sent for testing cannot be redeemed in Fiat or anything else.

This dispute has been found in favour of the accused due to a lack of evidence presented by the accuser.

The dispute thread will remain live but locked. The accused may now trade as usual.
