Should we be worried?

I have peerblock on and it says ZAO Russian Telecommunications Group 89.255.236.151:32434 is trying to access my computer, and it's being blocked. The only thing I'm doing is using Twitter.

I find this concerning.

I wouldn't worry too much. PeerBlock/PeerGuardian is doing it's job.
Along with a Firewall you should be safe.

im guessing but probably a malware, try to scan your computer.
