Yeah i wonder that too, what software to use? That's free too if possible. I'd like to buy a method or bot that contains those features, without using thousands of proxies if possible.

Software currently in beta made by hatemachine does this. I've never tried other bots but I'm sure all IG bots do this.
Yes seriously, I haven't done it myself but I know people that have done at times of low activity.
