Yeah, ranked is a bitch during the summer time and i havnt played in over 6 months so i got dropped from gold 5 to silver 2...
Computer went out on me but just build me new one today so im back at it

Yeah i ran into a few 45 minute ques myself, happens every time LoL servers go down then they reopen them.
