Yummies

for the love of God, don't ask him! Nobody that's replied to this thread wants to know, not ONE person
Chef Unusual here.

So basically what we have here is an absolute staple in the UK.

450g of 20 percent beef mince.

Cheese that I so graciously grated.

I had a small bit of cheese left over for the extra yummies.

2 Eggs were added as well.

It was very healthy and lovely.

I'm on the carnivore diet.

;).

Are you?

No, but unhealthy carbs is the culprit for a lot of health issues, someone can never really go wrong eliminating or at least reducing carbs health wise. If you follow this diet for an extended period of my time I'm pretty sure a lot of your biomarkers will improve, you can see that with blood tests also before and after.

Did you finish off that block of cheese?

Thanks for motivating me to start a diet today itself.

Do you know that a simple meal of ONLY sweet potatoes, chick peas and a vitamin B12 supplement will provide you ALL the nutrients that your body requires ? And, such a simple meal takes at the most 20 minutes to prepare.
Cut down on junk food, cut down on processed food. Eat wisely, keep physically fit and extend your life.
