YTZ International advices and help

I don't know if it's the right section, because i don't understand if YTZ fits in CPA category.
I have some questions:

I can't fully understand how YTZ works/what is it, anyone is using it?
Which payments methods do they support?
Are they .NET 30 or what?

I can't find any good info about them.
