I want to buy some views from Ytview but i don't know if it's safe, please if someone has already used tell me

I have never used that service.

I have used QQtube few months ago. Used to work fine.

i used yt views...they used to give decent views which would watch the whole video

then they started giving some shit views which were like 15-20sec

now they give good views again

Ytviews were safe a few months back. Probably still are today.

It is always good to have a throwaway youtube account to test these view providers on. You never know when one of them starts to cut corners.

YTView is not safe, i bought 200k at them and for 14 days we only saw an increase of 100k, than it dropped to 80k.. They dont even reply to emails
