The method is finding a youtube channel with high views but without needing to show your face and then re-creating all the contents by outsourcing them to 3rd world countries where the labor cost is low lol

In theory thats bullshit and in reality its even more bullshit

I think is good method not a scam.
I heard about this method on one of my favourite youtube channel and it looks legit to me. But prize is too much.
You can watch his video and decide yourself.

How is it a scam? You can make good money off it by hiring real people on Fiverr to do the actual voice over. There you go. Ez mooney
