And still arby did not reply to this thread. Usually he is on top of things if there is something said bad about his software...

After reading this thread, and others that are similar, I realized something. We treat BHW like it is a retail outlet? I mean here we are waiting for a refund, or an explanation from people we never met, in a land most have never been to.

Bottom line, this is not Target, or Walmart. This is an underground community that lives and breathes "outside the lines". You take your chances, you roll the dice.

I'm not saying that you aren't entitled to refunds or explanations but think of what I'm saying here.

Once I got an eight ball of baby laxative instead of cocaine, and although I thought I deserved a refund or an explanation; The dealer with my refund and explanation, were long gone...

Buyer beware!

That being said, my experience with Arby has been nothing but honorable and I hope he does come forward too...

That's the beauty when dealing with questionable software. Kind of hard to claim damages in court: hey judge, the thing isn't spamming as advertised anymore.

I understand your frustration, and also have YTA, however, I think his statement totally applies. Yes, he does state a he will get a refund.. but lets be honest, we are at Blackhatworld, not normal walmart where laws applies. His word is only as good as that, his word. Not trying to debate what is right or wrong, just the facts. And just like someone else posted, my dealings with Arbydee has also been nothing but been honest and respectable.

My thought is that something else is going on that he is dealing with in real life, and he will be back here (maybe not as soon as we would like), but either way, BHW is notified, I am sure the mods have seen this thread, and will take appropriate action if needed. I do know that Arbydee has contributed quite a bit here and has never been known to scam anyone, so as much as we don't like that, that will play a big part in the mods decisions anyway.

So for now, lets focus on making so much money and getting back at the people responsible for the C&D by doing what we do best, figuring out ways to make money from them them. Since ultimately it is not Arbydee that gave himself the C&D.

Wow, this guy got a C&D from every major internet company in North America. He's going to need your refunds to hire a great lawyer just kidding.

I was considering buying YTA too, now whats the next best thing out?

Well, I can't say it was well-deserved to the innocent people, but I can for sure say all you as*s-lickers of Arby deserved it.
