I'd start a dispute now on PayPal and hope he actually just grants it to you and you don't have to argue.

Then get Tubenoia. Everything YTA had that doesn't work now Tubenoia has, to my knowledge. I still haven't gone through all the features on Tubenoia.

If the feds shut him down that's his problem - they paid for working software.
It don't do what its say on the box, they are intitled to a full refund:D
Damn it and maybe a little compensations for wasted time, effort, YT accounts and proxies LOL

I am just happy i never bought the software..

Go directly to Plimus and dispute the transaction. I already gave him a chance to explain and to provide another solution for this instead of a dispute but got no reply from him in several days.

Unfortunately, I have to make the dispute directly on Plimus and Paypal soon enough. Arby, if you're reading this message, please response.

Hrrrm... I haven't tried yta in about a month. Last time I tried, I used some fresh pva accounts through the account checker tool and they all got banned immediately. I sent him a message asking if he will compensate but no reply and the software may or may not be working I'm not sure - I'm too scared to use it with any accounts due to the ban on the previous ones.

If his reputation's already ruined, i guess he has nothing to lose, just sneaky money to gain.

Only way is to go through whoever you made payment with, ex. paypal.

Honeslty, I highly doubt most ppl will get a refund. And -after allowing a reasonable time as I suggested in the other thread- I frankly doubt Arby was shut down by the "Feds" (really, for both sw at the same time?) at this point.

I think it'd be a fair move for the MODs of this forum to BAN him and put him on the shitlist if no further communication can be established though. It won't give money back, it won't do a lot, but I think what's fair is fair. If a mod is reading this, please, consider doing it. Thx.

Oh Thanks god I found this thread.

I was almost buying the software and starting to learn a little about the youtube game, and this thread and lasts youtube updates saved my time and my money...

Personally I think that any youtube software without monthly fee is not worth for the owner, he will need a programmer 24/7 updating the soft to win youtube and that will cost him a shitload of money.

    Don´t you think guys?

I would agree 1000% to you on the statement that running such a software without a monthly updates fee is practically not possible. With these sites changing almost every week, it will be impossible to keep the dev team payroll running for ever.

Lets be practical guys, any bot application without a monthly fee for the updates is not here to stay for long. I don't see a viable business model to keep the bot up and running forever for a one time fee.

    I respectfully disagree with you.

I coded from scratch a custom tool to replicate basically all YTA did for my own PRIVATE use and there hasn't been a lot of changes -at all- in the YT platform in terms of what YTA was capable to do. YT is not that hard to keep pace with and hasn't for a long time. Plain and simple.

Unless we're talking about getting views, increasing visibility and so forth that's way beyond the scope of what YTA did. Yes, there's the comment rating thingy, but that doesn't take einstein to figure out how it works now and, again, it's been just nips-and-tucks for a long time, except the viewing system. And that's something YTA wouldn't touch even with a 10-foot long pole.

I'd wrap it up saying it's just the latest case of a fucked up developer trying a game bigger than he is. That has nothing to do with the business plan of YTA or not having a recurring.

Scrapebox, just to mention a sw that works in a relatively similar environment in terms of variables and how they change over time addresses fairly stable platforms, with low maintenance coding needs (definitely bigger than YTA though) and doesn't have a recurring. With good peace of everybody trying to pump the benefits of a recurring at all times... ;)

In specific circumstances (aka when the platform you target changes frantically or the service has relevant costs to maintain the service..) it might be a good plus paying for a recurring. With YTA it was definitely NOT in order to maintain the app alive and update it whenever and wherever necessary if the business was sound and thinking long-term. But, this is BH, most trying to make the proverbial quick buck as already noted, so don't expect too much in these terms. Again, nothing to do with the kind of business plan for this specific niche.

    Regards.

I too have a private- spent $50 over last year on updates. After a while powerful tools with widespread use become a victim of their own success, such is the way of almost everything blackhat. tt

The updates is easy for private tools ($10-$50-$100 max), recurring shit is the trap for noobs to fall in and the benefits are only for developers :D Well, this is marketing world.

Hire coders yourself (cheap enough), make your own private tool and pay for the updates when needed is still the best strategy.
