I don't think you can deliver views immediately to your video. You'll need about 24-48 hours till youtube registers those views to your video.

As soon as your video gets 301 views, you can make it public.
ya i have made unlisted video 30 mins ago, i pumped 301 views, waited few mins and i can see my vid on youtube but not on first pages ;///
whats wrong ?
