YT stopped promoting my video?

normally I get really good views with all my videos i post... but my latest video i posted youtube suddenly stopped recommending my video via browse features (where most of my views come from). why is this happening?? this video actually has the highest CTR and highest average watchtime retention compared to all my other videos for the first 24 hours, however youtube just decided not to show it anymore?? wtf??

nope, this video is like all my other videos I make. I also forgot to mention that this video actually has by far the best like to dislike ratio and engagement compared to my previous videos. almost 99% likes.
the only difference I could make out would that this title is a little bit longer than all my other videos (56 characters long).. No clue why this is happening, especially for a new video just uploaded
