YT Shorts HUGE VIEWS HUGE DROP

Hey BHW-Community!
I created a fresh YouTube channel an posted 3 shorts to check it out.
These 3 copy pasted videos gained in 6 hours over 4k views.
I was realy surprised... No special Tags.

Today I was like:" Let's do it seriously"
I added another 10 shorts. Same process. But only get 1-3 Views.

What happened?
Was I really lucky cause it's a fresh account or what could it be else?

Does it happen to you? Some explanations?

cut, put music, put filters and effects and everything will be done : make unique content

So i started in like April last year with reposting tiktok videos on youtube like 8 per day...I was getting like in an hour of 1 video 100k views then video blow up to like 3 million views minimum...I got to 250k subs and from march when i got the most views in a day,next day my views dropped to 50k from 10 million views...From then i am getting like 500 views in an hour and 2k views max...Idk what to do guys..You know what is going on?
