I used to use HMA VPN but then many people told me that their IPs are blacklisted by youtube and are there any other options?

Yes. They are. Also keep in mind that others solutions providers will get you pretty much the same results. So Private proxies is the only available option

But private proxies are too expensive as i will upload 5-15 videos per day that's mean i will need 3-5 private proxies per day

Private proxies are the best if you want proxies for Social media or special task take Dedicated private proxies otherwise shared Private proxies are fine as well thanks.
