top 10 usually very tricky because if your doing top 10 of "some copyrighted media" you're running into a minefield and will most likely get copyright strikes left and right.
Best bet moving forward is monetize through affiliate links or something else where you can drive traffic somewhere else.

I got lots of views and subs with creative common videos.
even if I upload my own made videos from now on,

I won't advise you to buy an approved channel. it's like starting again. Find out why the channel got rejected and see if it's something you can correct and reapply for.

its got rejected because my channel most of the videos are creative common, so yt rejected saying 'reused contents'
I guess starting over with approved channel can be faster
