YT Partner Program Feedback

My application for YT Partner Program is rejected for the second time.
My problem is that in the feedback section where YT tell you why the channel got rejected , it simply says:
"Not qualify for monetisation right now:"
"Your channel doesn't comply with Youtube Policy"
It is followed by a link to YT generel Policy.

Why am I not getting a specific feedback?
When my other channels get rejected YT tells me if it is due to reused content, spam and so on.

Could it be because my type of content can not be monetized? I know two other channels in my niche that are monetized.
Have any of you guys experience this before?

Happened on my channel too. Search for repetitive content or reused videos. I deleted them from my channel and after the next review I was able to monetize my channel.

without giving enough info on ur content or sending a link theres no way to be sure why you got rejected

There are no repetitive content on the channel. Apart from the channel intro and outro, every video is made from scratch.
But if the channel is rejected due to reused content, why doesn't say so in the feedback

u probably violated using some blackhat method so they wont specify reasons like re-used content etc

For me it was clearly mentioned in the mail and on review page that I have repetitive content issue.

It means they don't want your video and they can't explain it to you for some reasons that others have. Better use other videos and re-apply again.

The channel is grown organically, not blackhat method.
All videos on the channel are original and create from scratch, no re-used content.
If YT think they are re-used content, why don't they state that the feedback

u claim it is not blackhat and u didnt talk about the type of videos that u have , neither did u link the channel. u could even link it in pm so i can have a look and tell u whats wrong

Sometimes they won't accept it just because they don't believe they can monetize your content.
