YT Music Channel

Hey guys,

I would like to start a channel with music found on differents platforms (with no copyright claims), static images with some easy effect. I will use it as a practice to get some experience with editing and yt
If I don't have any copyright claims, is this kind of channel monetizable?
Is it allowed to comment on my own channel with multiple account?

At the very least, with lots of subscribers (views don't matter), you can monetize it on Fiverr (there's tons of channels putting Fiverr clients' songs on YouTube, that although having at max 5000 views on each video, are charging like 50 bucks or so)

Yes, you can monetize your videos if you use music without copyright.
