So the first three videos have 61k views, 102k views and 13k views respectively but these were created 2-3 years ago. There is no recent video. Most recent videos are from 1 year ago.

Tubebuddy says good difficulty to target and vidiq says KW gets around 4k searches a month.

Will it be a good KW to target? Channel is new.

I think there's only one way to find out. Why not just go for it? Some people filter the results for recent videos.

You doing CPA? Anyway, you can outrank them just boost your video with maybe 3k-10k views i guess. Sometimes it only takes about 1-3k views to outrank them. However, there isn't enough traffic for that kw. You should expand your kw to various related kws.
