Yt JumpStart not for making money request.

Hi folks. I just paid 5 dolars to promote one video of my own at jumpstart. I am not seeing any major improvement.... not getting more views at all....

Does that really works... or I just got scamed?


Here in Brazil, I am participating in a contest and the vid with the most views will win.... I am in Third position right now...

Can one good soul help me out winning that contest.... ?
