Bro, I think you're misunderstanding something
NProductions is talking about YouTube's Charts (http://www.youtube.com/charts) which is simple, all videos that get boosted with lots of views go in there.But Azmaatak is talking about the actual frontpage of YouTube... Pretty sure you can't guarantee that.

Making the Front page in Yt or G is one thing. Making good money out of it is quite another.
Money depends on traffic targeting, traffic ammount, and the conversion on clicks, cpa or direct sales.
You can always make money, but enough to cover expenses, not always. That is why Internet Marketing has a certain learning curve.

Making the Front Page on YouTube has to come from you having good content. It might be considered "handpicked" by some but it really is a tight algorithm that YouTube uses for Front Page. All the Front Page videos that AREN'T related content to what you watched have viral amounts of social signals. To get these you have to realize that you can't simply throw up some slideshow or desktop voice over and expect front page. As it is true that most sellers CAN'T help you hit the front page, but they can help you gain an audience to hit the front page. Other than that, you might want to buy some proxies and twitter / facebook accounts and try to do the social signals yourself?

YouTube front page requires atleast 5000-10000 views, 40-100 subs and likes, some comments and lotsa backlinks. There was a thread about this here

you're talking about the 1st page of search results for keywords, i'm talking about the frontpage of youtube where everyone sees what's trending...
