i just wanna ask you about this analyltics is this true that youtube started to suggest my video to other users? it makes me confused i just started in youtube less than a week and i got 100 subscribers only any who can explain why i got 3 views from suggested

First of all congratulations! 100 subscribers in less than a week starting out is very impressive and better than what most are able to get.

YouTube's suggested video algorithm works very similar to how Google search ranks results. You're doing something right because you have started to rank your videos for various keywords - thus Youtube is rewarding you by suggesting your video to more people.

Keep driving those views and subscribers, YouTube can be an excellent tool for marketing! Good luck.

Yes it's real and it's a great thing if your videos get suggested. That's where most traffic is coming from.
In time you will get more and more views from suggested if your video is engaging and performing well

YT suggest your videos to people who may be interested in your content. YT suggests your videos to people who may be interested in your content. It's based on title, description (maybe comments too) and behaviour.
