YT dislikes

Hi guys,I have a YT video which launched a few months ago.it now has got almost 3000 natural views, 16 likes and 3 dislikes,Now I have 2 questions and would like to benefit from your experiences please: 1. Is the rate of likes per dislikes is natural, or it can affects badly on the number of conversions?2: How can I "naturally" and "legitimately" increase the number of likes so that kill the affect of those dislikes please? For instance if I go and Subscribe the videos of others can it affects and cause they like my video or should I do something else I don't like to buy likes at the moment?3: I had several sales and NO refund, so why people try to dislike me? they even don't put a comment so that I know what's wrong! But I guess it might happen due to the "place" of dislike button, which can mislead people and they might think by clicking on it they'll access t the description?!!Thanks for any help.

So you say does dislike won't affect the conversion (my dislike/like rate is 20%!)? Thanks for your suggestion about AddMeFast, but I would like to even more natural likes, So how can I cause it ti happen please?
I am thinking how Can I kill the affect of those nasty dislikes? My video is Perfect.

If you are worried about your dislike count you can disable liking/disliking completely by going to the info & settings of the video and unticking users can view ratings for this video

Dislikes don't derank a video, for example, a controversial political video would have a lot of both likes & dislikes, but that just shows user engagement and interest, your 20% dislike rate is good and nothing to worry about.

YouTube counts both likes and dislikes and 'ratings'. Don;t worry about the ratio at all.

I think "dislike" has nothing to do with conversion. Its the "flag" that bring down the whole process down

make quality vidoes . If you worry about that the engagement is disliking your video.
Or try to target more visitors at your video by fb ads or sharing among your fb friends.

Or you addmefast in a small scale. nothing is wrong with it

Thanks Tommy, I was not aware of that option,
I don't want to use it at the moment but I am glad because now I know that there is an option which can be used in bad situations.

Thank all guy, but You know, I was not talking about the affect of dislikes on the RANKING of the video, i was saying that maybe the visitors who come to the video and want to buy the CB product, don't do so when looking at the dislikes and see the number of dislikes are not zero (now my video has 3 dislikes and 20 likes).

No worries here. Dislikes wont have any negative effect (that we know of) on your ranking.

don't worry about for 3 dislikes.... wait for a week and then see how much likes you got more and how much dislikes.
