YT + CB - Damn how he can do that?

Hi guys I launched March 22, 2015 a blog about Health/Pregnancy/Food and try to sell CB products ...
I found several YouTube channel from a same guys :
- +100 channels, maybe more than that !
- Each channel target one different niche
- Each channel with between 10 and 25 video
- Each video is perfect (Title / tag / description / aff- link ...)
- Each channel with custom channel description / profile picture / G+ profile
- Average number of views for each video 19 - 3000 views
- Average number of subsribers for each channel 0 to 50

Ok now guys, if he does it since 2 years, with the same proces, this means that it works for him.
- What tools he uses to do this?
Did this guy find a way to automate the proces? (upload / fil name / fil description ... ) or he does all this by hand and step by step ?

Wait ! I forget to tell you ... every channel and every video are duplicated in 2 or more another language !!!! I already found French and Spanish, but I supose there are other, Maybe German ...

No one have a suggestion ?

It might also mean that he's persistent with the method. He may even be working in a team to pump out that much content.

Then again, 2 years is enough time to pump out a bunch of low-quality content on YouTube.

one word: Outsourcing.

try to do it yourself for a month and see how much you can produce, think about what it could be in 2 years and if you feel it's worth it go for it

My VA can do it in 2 days. 100 channels is nothing if you have prepared videos, very fast internet connection, proxies etc.
