YT annotations. dont work?

Yt isnt letting me make annotations. it says something is wrong w/ the server.
is this problem only effecting me or others to?
is the server actually wacked right now"?

says 'unable to reach server'

In my opinion this is a problem in your local server..YT is working as usual..

hmm could be it.
i jsut noticed YT is updating there site, so that could be the reason too

anyone having problems with video uploads going to just private no matter if you change it to public?op sorry for the hijack

I had this problem a couple months ago when I was uploading videos on YT. Refresh your screen then wait till the video pops up and then add the annotation.

it is not that, when i am on proxy it does not work at times, but on my cable internet, it is always working.

Yes that is the same problem I had... only with proxies. I guess the proxies lag a bit and that creates an error.

I am not not getting any problems .. yes in my opinion you can get problem using free proxy but not exclusive proxy..

I know what it is.
your ip is blacklisted and why google does not let you use notes, you only need to use a good proxie, cleam ur cokies and temp files, might use again

(I know this because the same thing happened to me)
