yt ads strategy?

anyone know what works best for yt ads, got any good ppl that deep dive about it? all tutorials are very basic and barely skim surface, also interested in budgets, do I launch ads and let it spend as bids, or set a specific budget everyday.

With YouTube ads, do sales come in within launch, or are they delayed, as in you launch today, and not see sales until tomorrow or onwards

are you a creator and want to publish ads on youtube or do you have a channel and want to monetize it? dont really get it
