A better idea would be to use a Static ISP proxy than a VPN. VPN's are an obvious red flag

Pls don't use VPN for such thing, better use proxy, if you want a free solution - you may check out sellers of proxies and ask them for a free trial, it will work just fine

You want to show content to Canada audience? A simple solution for this is to make content suitable for Canada audience. Like you can find trending keywords jn Canada and make videos on those keywords.
