Alright so i'm using adspower anti detect and im trying to warmup a couple youtube accounts, but some of them keep asking for an sms verification everytime, so i'm not sure if its AdsPower or my mobile proxy or my fingerprint settings or something else that keeps triggering them.
Some info:
1. Using AdsPower Browser for each of my accounts
2. Proxidize mobile proxy for my proxy and i rotate the proxy ip for every account while making sure i keep the same location that the account was created with.
3. I use the SOCKS5 mobile proxy instead of the HTTP (it lets me use either one. Not sure if i should be using HTTP one but ye)
4. I don't clear cookies or cache on every browser exit/open, not sure if that matters (aka i keep my accounts always logged in on AdsPower profiles, so not sure if maybe somehow they are still running in the background even when the browser is closed for the profile?)
5. I warmup my accounts super slow, its only been a couple days but i've been just watching youtube videos / liking some of the videos, and sometimes subbing to maybe 1-2 channels, and i'll be on these accounts for about 10-15 mins before exiting and moving onto the next one while making sure i rotate the mobile proxy to the right location thats linked to the next account i end up warming up. Also should i be clearing my cache after every browser sessions, aka making sure i need to log back into my accounts everytime i wanna use them or that doesn't matter?
Here is the screenshots in order i see:

One thing many users who deal with Instagram accounts do is use sms services and get codes from there. They are temporary numbers that help activate accounts that require phone verification.

yeah i use sms service to get codes too but i'm being asked to verify the phone number almost everytime on like 70%-80% of the accounts. So i'm wondering if the account has been flagged which is why it keeps asking. Like on my main account that i've had for years separate from adspower on my home isp this doesn't happen. So i'm trying to figure out if the issue is with the mobile proxies i've used or if its an issue with adspower/fingerprint or if its an issue with the sms provider im using. Trying to see if anyone here has had similar screens and figured out which one it most likely could be.

To be honest... Adspower is actually not secure. I used Pixelscan and browserscan for testing before, and was often detected to use proxies or IP addresses that were not secure. I'm now using another fingerprint browser that can pass all the tests on the detection website.

SMS verifications can be triggered by:
  1. Noisy IPs from Proxidize, even with correct geo.
  2. Repeated fingerprints in AdsPower - check Canvas, WebGL, timezone, etc.
  3. Frequent logins/logouts - don’t clear cookies if you’re keeping sessions.
  4. Fast activity - even basic likes/subs on day one can raise flags.
No need to clear cache. Just keep sessions active and go slow. If your IPs are clean and fingerprints look natural, SMS prompts should happen less often.
