YT accounts banned on first use wtf

yeah so I bought 250 YT account, new ones. I just tried them out and they all say "account permanently disabled". Wtf lol. Does this mean they are banned? Cuz before I got banned and I think it said something different. Is this a ban?
I didn't even use the account once so how could YT ban them??

the user probably registered with the same email address or just a few.

If your ip got banned and if you make any new account, youtube has a ip checker for any accounts you log into they will bann immediately. Change your ip before logging into them and they will work. If you bought them from someone that creates them with a catch all domain, then they will most likely get banned also. I use private proxys and I never have any problems with them. I dont even bother with creating account with youtube account creators. The best method for you videos is to run a campaign on one of them for a max of 3 videos per account and just keep creating account with private proxies. Priv proxies will never get banned. And if you got any skills with youtube marketing bots then you should see the power of having three videos per account all running on the top pages.

i have a lot of old accounts that are just old between 1-3 years old and older, pm me for details and i can sell them to you dirt cheap. they wont get flagged since they are old accounts, old accounts dont get flagged as much as new ones.
