None of those options will work for the OP. Here is why, your youtube account can still be alive but when you try to login you can also be instantly asked to verify by sms. So jakeparker options won't really work.
If you login to multiple accounts with one IP, one of the following things may happen (due to suspicious activity):
YT asks for a captcha before login;
YT asks for changing the password of the account;
This means your account is legit and in good standing. Whenever you try to login with this account with another IP the worst that can happen is that they block the login with a generic "wrong username/password" message but when you try to login again with the previous original ip, it will show you a message on your google account of the attempted 'hack' tries on your acct and when they were blocked.
Also a lot of the times with this accts you can easily log into them from different IP's around the world, is weird but these are the only accts I have been able to use different IP's and still not get them banned.
YT asks for phone verification (popular)
This will mean accts are technically disabled, but your yt acct is still alive. It happens a lot, and most people confuse this by thinking that
they need to verify their acct. If you get this message it literally means your acct is already disabled and you will only waste your number. Is like getting caught stealing, paying for what you stole, and then still get closely looked at.
YT instantly bans the account
Your acct was already banned if this happens
So you should find another solution..
Yes there is another solution, one that I always use as is the most safest one and quickest
Simply go here
https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery
then choose the option "I'm having other problems signing in" , enter your email then click submit.
If you try this with accts that are asking you to verify your non-pva accts or pva, you will see that you will get get same messaged "[INSERT ACCOUN HERE] has been disabled" as if your account was naturally banned.
